SMK University of Applied Sciences
Established in 1994, SMK has grown to position itself at the very top of Lithuanian private college rankings and currently is the biggest private higher education institution in Lithuania according to the number of students. Currently over 4500 students are studying at SMK.
SMK has three campuses in main Lithuanian cities – Vilnius, Kaunas and Klaipeda. SMK implements 18 study programmes in 13 fields of studies: Informatics; Nursing and Midwifery; Design; Cosmetology; Law; Management; Business; Communication; Finance; Tourism and Recreation; Marketing; Software Systems; Media Arts. Currently 5 study programmes are conducted in English. 65% of teaching staff are practitioners working in outstanding business companies, considering the importance of applied nature of institution.
