More information
This project aims to increase the maturity and cyber-resilience, data protection and information security of public and private organizations (small and medium-sized companies) and their human resources, aligning with the objectives of the present and future National Cyberspace Security Strategy. To this end, Ciber4ALL will make available and produce guidelines adapted to entities, advising them on the adoption of best practices, training organizations and their human resources, namely in reducing risk, identifying failures and their impacts and preventing incidents, serving as a bridge and facilitator with the C-Academy, with the Digital Innovation Hub – C-HUB, and will provide guidance to comply with legal and certification requirements. Ciber4ALL will provide second-line support, under the coordination of CERT-PT (Computer Emergency Response Team – Portugal), in the analysis and response to incidents and forensic analysis of organizations. Finally, Ciber4ALL will promote cooperation and sharing activities between organizations and will produce guidance on identifying sources of financing, at national or European level, providing advice and technical support in the preparation of project applications related to increasing maturity in cybersecurity and security. information. On a basis of complementarity in view of the objectives, Ciber4ALL considers a consortium composed of four entities: the Cooperativa de Ensino Universitário–Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa (CEU-UAL), the Oeiras Municipal Council (CMO), the Portuguese Industrial Association (AIP) and the Polytechnic Institute of Setúbal (IPS). Each of the four entities will house a Ciber4ALL operating hub, with the headquarters operating at the CMO. With a view to achieving the goals previously outlined, the consortium establishes an action plan, with a central focus on a Cybersecurity Diagnosis Information System, which will function as a facilitator of diagnosis in terms of organizational capacity building for aspects of cybersecurity, as well as registration of all activities carried out by Ciber4ALL.
