How we collaborate

Outdoor group discussion and brainstorming at DIVERSE project event.

Partner universities deliver joint training and hands-on innovation projects. Mixed, cross-border teams work on real challenges from companies and regional ecosystems, combining:

  • Innovation methodologies
  • Idea validation
  • Value proposition development
  • Pitching preparation
  • Early-stage commercialisation awareness

GT4T creates repeatable cooperation models including shared training formats, common toolkits and methodologies and transferable delivery approaches.

Long-term impact

GT4T promotes structured collaboration between universities and ecosystems:

  • Pilots and proof-of-concepts
  • Cross-border research-to-business connections
  • Systematic entrepreneurship education

A key mechanism is the Venture Science Center–type hubs, providing a permanent “home” for training, prototyping, and ecosystem engagement, ensuring long-term impact and scalability.
