TH Rosenheim hosts a BIP on Organisational Happiness

From 20 to 24 October 2025, Technische Hochschule Rosenheim hosted a new edition of the Erasmus+ Blended Intensive Programme (BIP), this year focused on Organisational Happiness. The initiative brought together 17 students and two lecturers from four European universities — three of them members of the DIVERSE alliance — who collaborated with Rosenheim students and two participants from Thailand to design wellbeing plans for six European companies.

The participating DIVERSE universities were:
• Universidade Autónoma de Lisboa
• University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and Technology “G.E. Palade” of Târgu Mureș
• Windesheim University of Applied Sciences

Programme focus

The programme combined data analysis, collaborative project work and team-building activities, culminating in presentations delivered to an international jury. Carolin Fleischmann, a member of the jury, emphasised that the diversity of the international teams provided complementary perspectives that strengthened the quality of the outcomes.

Tatjana Erlewein, programme organiser, highlighted the educational value of the initiative: “The opportunity to develop content while simultaneously training important future skills is unique.”

Beyond academic learning, participants engaged in cultural activities that reinforced their sense of cooperation, including excursions to the Bavarian Alps and a series of joint initiatives.

This edition of the BIP underscores DIVERSE’s commitment to international learning, collaboration and personal development, creating positive impact through shared experiences.
