May 2025 –  UMFST G.E. Palade Târgu Mureș, proudly a member of the DIVERSE European University Alliance, successfully hosted the Blended Intensive Programme (BIP) “Digital Business Modelling for Circular Economy”. This vibrant international learning experience brought together more than 30 students from Germany, France, Bulgaria, and Romania.

The programme fostered collaboration between students of Rosenheim University of Applied Sciences and UMFST, both valued partners within the DIVERSE alliance. Together, in a multicultural and interdisciplinary setting, participants developed innovative and sustainable digital business models centered on circular economy principles.

During the week-long programme, students engaged in hands-on workshops, visited local producers, worked in teams to develop projects, and competed in a final presentation contest. This immersive experience embodied the true spirit of Erasmus+: “Changing lives. Opening minds.”

The 2025 BIP edition at UMFST stands as a powerful example of DIVERSE’s mission to promote inclusive, forward-thinking, and globally connected higher education, empowering the next generation of innovators for a sustainable future
