Algebra Bernays University, (Croatia)
Ana is a teacher and researcher at Algebra Bernays University in Croatia, where she serves as Vice-Rector for Quality, leading institutional efforts in quality assurance and strategic development. She is actively engaged in shaping European higher education policy through her involvement in EURASHE and the DIVERSE European University Alliance.
Throughout her career, Ana has consistently bridged policy and practice, integrating European, national, and institutional perspectives. She has played an active role in the Bologna Process and its structures, as well as in numerous European-funded projects.
Her research focuses on Higher Education, particularly its relevance to the labour market and broader society, with an emphasis on employability, skills development, and the alignment between education systems and societal needs.
