Dr. Juan Luis Vidal is an experienced academic and administrator currently serving as the Head of the International Relations Office at the Universidad Europea del Atlántico in Santander, Spain. In this capacity, he leads the university’s global engagement strategies, fostering international academic partnerships and managing mobility programs that enrich the student experience.
With a strong background in education and institutional leadership, Dr. Vidal has been playing a key role in the DIVERSE European University Alliance Executive Board since its inception.
He is dedicated to advancing the alliance’s mission of creating a seamless, cross-border educational ecosystem that emphasizes social inclusion, digital innovation, and regional development.
Prior to his current role, Dr. Vidal has held various academic positions, contributing to the development of international curricula and the promotion of multilingualism in higher education. His expertise lies in navigating the complexities of European higher education frameworks and building bridges between diverse cultural and academic communities.
He holds a Doctorate and is committed to the continuous evolution of the European Education Area.
