Mihaela Kardos is a Full Professor and Vice-Rector at George Emil Palade University of Medicine, Pharmacy, Science and Technology of Targu Mures, Romania, leading the university’s internationalisation agenda, Erasmus+ portfolio, strategic partnerships, and institutional communication.
With over 20 years of academic experience, she has a strong background in quality assurance and curriculum development and also serves as an expert evaluator for the Romanian Agency for Quality Assurance in Higher Education.
Her academic profile is complemented by extensive expertise in international business, strategic management, and project coordination, being actively involved in more than 20 national and international projects, acting as both coordinator and team member.
In addition, her participation in over 25 Erasmus+ mobilities and international training activities has strengthened her capacity to operate in multicultural academic environments and to contribute to the design and implementation of innovative educational and research initiatives, as well as cooperation formats aligned with European higher education priorities.
