SMK College of Applied Sciences
Reda Mikalauskaite, Head of International and Project Office at SMK College of Applied Sciences, Lithuania. She has over 17 years of experience in higher education management and international relations at SMK.
She has led SMK’s internationalisation strategy, developed and managed academic cooperation agreements with European and non-EU partner institutions, and coordinated student and staff mobility programmes. She is leading and managing numerous European-funded projects.
Beyond the institution, Reda is working as an external expert evaluator for Erasmus+ and European Solidarity Corps projects for the Lithuanian National Agency.
